In the event of the return being as a result of the defect in the product, we will have the item collected, as well as refund you the amount paid when the product was ordered. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any other reason. The product must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition within 7 (7) days of purchase, and must be submitted with the tax invoice that you will have received at the time of delivery.
Due to the interests of public health and due to the sensitive nature of our business, no lingerie or any other items will be refunded or exchanged. If purchasing lingerie, please pay attention to the size details as available on our website to avoid purchasing the wrong size. Please contact us for advice if you are unsure about a particular size or fit.
However, if the product you have received is faulty the customer may utilise our Contact Us form, fill-in your details, add subject “Request RMA” and let us know the issue regarding the product. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email and we will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge.
If for some reason should you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
If your order has not been dispatched yet: 5% (banking/handling fee) of your order value will be deducted from your refund.
If your order has been dispatched: The above cancellation fee PLUS the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
